Nowadays, he is one of the most famous singers in Thailand for his Disco-Funk band, Groove Riders. He learned a lot when he studied abroad.
Burin Boonvisuth graduated with a bachelor’s degree from Mount Ida College, Newton, MA, USA and a Master’s from Boston University, Boston, MA, USA.
   Burin had been in London for two and half years before he found that the freedom in the capital of England made him go off the rails, so he moved to Boston, Massachusetts, where his older brother was living.
He said that Bostonians were friendly and their style of life quite simple.
                Attending classes in the American educational system, he learned from many real case studies, and found this system of learning to have many, many advantages. In his learning method, he paid attention to the main focus point that the professor advised and took note of everything he said.
He also made a lot of friends who were from Japan, Korea, Indonesia and America and was able to get to know their cultures through contact with the different nationalities.
In the end, the Groove Rider’s singer added that every student who wants to succeed in life should be full of enthusiasm for their classes. If one looks at studying outside this country, they will have to control themselves to remain on the right track; otherwise they will fail and completely waste their time.

Navpon, or Guy, spent his early years in a school that has a reputation for high standards of discipline that would make him neat and tidy. He lived in the school five days per week until the weekend when he and his friends went on outdoor activities. They played sports or traveled around the city then came back to the school on Sunday.

Not long after that he felt homesick, as he had lived in the school from an early age, so he asked his mother if, when he had finished grade 10, he could come back and complete his schooling in Thailand.

The year after, Guy went on a short-trip to Melbourne again before he applied to Sripathum University – a university in the north of Bangkok – where he is majoring in English.

As he had obtained a lot of experience and was familiar with the language, he can now study confidently. Despite the fact that he has just started his university life, everyone is looking at him and wondering whether the apple fells far from the tree or not.

  Navapon Lampoon, the son of Thai superstars, Amphol Lampoon and Marsha Vadhanapanich, was a boarder at Geelong Grammar School – a boarding and day school in Australia. Although he looked for a school in New Zealand, he finally decided to study in Melbourne because of the vibrancy of the city.
